The Centre de la Gravure et de l’Image Imprimée in La Louvière is a museum dedicated to the world of printmaking, bringing together a distinctive collection, original exhibitions and a varied educational program. The institution, officially inaugurated in 1988, has grown into a major site for the printed image with roughly 15,000 works by more than 2,000 artists, spanning modern and contemporary print media.
